Celebrate “Hui Chun” with Life Art Society at River Hongbao 2026!

From 15 to 24 February, daily from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with a special extended session on 16 February, 9:00 pm to 12:15 am, enjoy traditional Chinese calligraphy and Chinese New Year-themed artworks, and immerse yourself in Singapore's rich artistic heritage.

The event opens on 15 February at 7:00 pm with the opening brush ceremony, led by Professor Tan Khim Ser, President of the Life Art Society, Goh Moh Chuan, Vocal training specialist and principal of Wu Jia Ban Vocal Training School, and Mr Teo Lian Kiat, President of Alumni of Chung Cheng High School. Guests will write the auspicious “Fu” character to welcome the Year of the Horse, marking the start of the “Hui Chun” Marathon Relay.

The Year of the Horse symbolizes progress, perseverance, energy, and hope. Visitors can watch live demonstrations and take home their own “Hui Chun” creations filled with blessings and festive spirit.

更生美术研究会邀您共庆春到河畔2026新春挥春活动！

更生美术研究会将于 2月15日至2月24日每晚7点至9点30分；2月16日晚上9点至凌晨12点15分, 再次受邀参与《春到河畔》迎新春现场活动，在新加坡滨海湾花园盛大挥春，迎接马年的到来。

更生美术研究会会长陈钦赐教授、吴家班歌唱学院吴茂铨院长、与中正校友会会长张连杰先生将于2月15日傍晚7点举行开笔仪式，同时各写福字迎接吉祥如意马年，为《春到河畔》大型马拉松接力“挥春” 掀开序幕活动。

马年象征着奔向前方、坚毅进取、活力与希望。更生希望透过挥春这一传统习俗，传承中华文化，也为社区注入温暖与正能量。

公众可近距离欣赏传统水墨与年画创作过程，并将充满墨香与祝福的挥春作品带回家，为新的一年增添喜气与文化温度。

Dive into the timeless tradition of Chinese lantern riddles, where each riddle is a playful challenge for curious minds! Bring your family and friends for an evening of clever conundrums and festive fun at River Hongbao, happening from 15 February – 24 February (8:00 pm - 10:00 pm, except 16 February: 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm).

从 2月15日至2月24日，每晚 8点至10点（除夕夜2月16日 晚上9点至11点），欢迎来到《春到河畔》，挑战各种灯谜！由新加坡灯谜协会的九位主桴精心准备，灯谜题材丰富多样，既有适合初学者的简单谜题，也有让大人小孩都能动脑的趣味谜题，保证欢乐满满。
